According to the provisions of OG 34/2014< /b> regarding the protection of the consumer when concluding and executing distance contracts: “The consumer has the right to notify the merchant in writing that he renounces the purchase, without penalties and without citing a reason, within 14 days of receiving the product or, in the case of services of services, from the conclusion of the contract”
Products ordered on can be returned within 14 calendar days from the moment you receive the package.
If the product has a certain defect upon its delivery, you have the obligation to notify by phone or in writing, to the email address ekikiwoodium@gmail.com, within 24 hours. We will assume responsibility and replace the product within the available stock. If the product is no longer in stock and you don’t want another product in exchange for the damaged one, we will follow the return steps, then we will refund the value of your order. The return shipping fee will be borne by us. If you do not respect this condition, the return will not be accepted, and it will be returned to you.
According to art. 16 lit. c from O.G. 34/2014, if the consumer (Buyer) opts for the purchase of clearly personalized products, made according to the specifications indicated by the consumer (Buyer), the products thus undergoing changes at the request of the Buyer, he accepts the fact that the products of this kind, they cannot be returned and cannot be replaced, being exempt from the right of return.
Follow the steps below to request a return:
- Notify in writing to the email address: ekikiwoodium@gmail.com regarding the package you are going to return
- Send the return order together with the completed Return Form included, to the address:

- After receiving the returned products, Ekiki Woodium will check your received products
- Within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the receipt of the return, you will be notified via e-mail regarding the status of the refund of the value of the returned product(s), to the account specified in the Return Form
The direct costs of returning the products are borne by the buyer in accordance with the legislation in force (O.G 34.2014). It is necessary that the product be sent to us by a courier organized by you .
To return the products, it is necessary to pack the products in the original packaging. If this is not possible, please pack the products in an appropriate way and please ensure that the products will be sent safely and will not be damaged during delivery.
Packages sent with cash on delivery will not be accepted. Return parcels sent with payment of the transport to the recipient will not be accepted, the transport payment being borne by you.
Any product you return must not be used or damaged. The product must be accompanied by all the original labels and packaging (law 249/2015, art 16(8)). Please use a protective packaging for the shipment, if possible the original one. The product is not received if it is scratched, damaged, if the labels are not intact or if the accessories are missing. Used products with signs of wear are not accepted as returns.
